Trustee & NED Breakfast Roundtable - Dec 2022

Practicus hosted a roundtable discussion for trustees and NEDs in December, inviting a diverse group of senior leaders to share their experiences of being a trustee or NED.

The group was predominantly focused on the 3rd sector, but with some representation from other areas too, which added to the rich discussion.

Advice to someone taking on their first Trusteeship.

How do we walk the line between oversight & getting caught up in the details?

How do you navigate varying dynamics and capabilities amongst your board?

Working effectively with the Exec.
