International Charity - Digital-first & User Centric Design

Marcos Moret recently helped advise a large international charity around how they drive a digital-first approach to user centric design and process redesign, with a view to becoming more responsive, more efficient as a global operation and to support their data-led agenda to inform their future.

Challenge:

• How do we begin the proess of becoming digital-first in our thinking and process design?
• What impact does that change have on our existing technology, staff and volunteers?
• What steps need to be taken to shift mindsets and grasp the change?
