National Retail Business - IT Operating Model

Adrian Wakefield recently helped advise a national retail organisation around the creation of a new IT operating model.

Challenge:

  • How to create the most effective new IT Operating Model to support multi-channel growth of a predominantly high-street focused retail business.
  • This included cloud adoption, ERP change, partner strategy, service design, capability mapping and more.

Feedback & Outcomes:

  • “Really helpful. Lots to go away and think about”
  • “Definitely going to go and do the customer journey mapping for the core channels”
  • “Will be a great help ahead of my presentation to the PLC board at the end of the month”

 

Adrian has since gone on to support the organisation in a workshop and with some short term consulting work at their request.
